The Arnold Classic

Hi again, today im going to talk about the Arnold Classic that is coming up this weekend in Columbus Ohio. This is probably the biggest fitness expo in the United states! Over 100k+ people that show up to specated or compete in the numerous events being held there. I am going for a brazilian jiu-jitsu competition but enjoy spectating for other events as well! Wheter you enjoy gymnastics, BJJ, Boxing, or weightlifting the Arnold Classic has something for you!

  2. I've had a chance to go to the Arnold Classic twice in my life for a Cheerleading Competition, once as a competitor in high school, and a second time as a coach. I agree that there's something there for everyone. When I attended in high school, there was also a tatoo/body piercing convention going on at the same time. Some of the most interesting people you'll meet, AND some of nicest as well. The coolest part about the cheerleading competition is that Ah-nold himself gives out the awards for one of the competition sessions. Always a good time at the Arnold classic!

  3. Sounds like this thing is pretty legit! I've always heard people mention it... but those people were body builders, so I always ignored the hype. From now on maybe I'll pay attention when I hear who's going that I know. I think it'd be pretty cool to watch some of gymnastics, the stuff you do, and whatever else amongst everything that's there. I'm not one too big on tattoos, but I always enjoy learning what they stand for and hearing the sometimes interesting stories behind them. It definitely sounds more appealing after reading your blog, thanks!

  4. this event sounds interesting. for someone who is interested in muscular training I think this could be a great informational event. I am sure, because of the size of the event, that an individual would have opportunities to meet experts in the field. Also, it would be cool to meet some professionals and get their insight and advice.
