Body weigth exercises for jiu jitsu

I am a brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) competitor. My sport requires alot of strength, of all types. Explosive strength that comes with traditional weight lifting is useful but not essential for BJJ. The type of muscular strength that I find usefull is muscular endurance, or the ability to move weight over a certain period of time. This type of strength I gain from doing body weight exercise. I feel that it has enhanced my game far more than traditional weight programs could have.
